@Fairygirl, it's fine. I've agreed to the extra hours on a Sunday.
Hubby is off "up country" so I'm home alone and it's "time and a half" so the money's good.( ish )
TBH I'd rather be out driving for a longer shift , than stuck on a till for a shorter shift.
I'm lucky enough to only have to work 2 "days" a week, so I'm absolutely not complaining.
Are you heading for the hills later? or will rain ( forecast ) stop play?
    Devon.

Morning you two. And, no Fairy I’m not warmer today. Very heavy frost - even the tops of the Eucalypts were white. 😡

You have my sympathy Pat. You know how I hate being cold.
I'm loving the weather we're having here , but we really need some rain ( preferably in the hours of darkness , please)

Good morning all  :) g'day Pat  :) Chartes cathedral is beautiful, inside and out ... do some googling and see the wonderful medieval stained glass and the amazing flying buttresses that support the huge copper roof. Wonderful!
Have a good day Hosta ... don't forget to stop for an icecream
    ;-)
ill be making a chicken casserole and then watching the men's final ... Fairy, will you be joining me on the sofa or are you heading up a hill?  I don't suppose it'll be a 5-setter.

As long as they're not 'takin' a loan of ye' Hosta  ;)
Went for a little walk yesterday, but too hot for me. We couldn't be more different eh?  :D
Presumably you'll get some sun after the frost Pat? Or will you? We don't always get sun after one up here. Lovely when we do though.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I know I've agreed to it, but a "thank-you for staying on late" every now and again wouldn't go amiss.
On a gorgeous day like today, I'm being paid to drive around Devon and Cornwall and not the masses of deliveries @Lyn 's son has to cope with.
If I get to see the sea at some point,it's a bonus.

Yes, Fairy, cloudless day, but we are inside with the wood heater going.  I agree the cathedral looks amazing, Dove. I’m not looking forward to to orrow’s ride over the cobbles. Painful to watch.
We’re having a Sunday roast tonight - turkey wings, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc. yum! Coild

    Morning all, afternoon Pat,
Haven't had a chance to catch up but I have heard about Fairy and her hedgehog family! 😀 how wonderful Fairy! Snails and slugs will be an endangered species in your garden soon! 😉
Hosta hope the coal face is kind, I'd rather be on the road delivering than interacting with customers too! 😉
Don't know how many weeks it's been since we had rain but think I'm watering today!
Morning to all those to come and have a lovely weekend
