    Sorry.  Hello all!

Sunny here, washing drying nicely in the breeze.   :)

@LG_ - hope Bow is having a great time on her tour.  Such an experience for her!  But it's Mum's job to worry, of course.  And to pay the bills...

Mmm.  Meat pies... given me an idea for tea...

LG, I’m glad you’ve had success with the cucamelons. I should have planted mine earlier. The frost got them before we’d had a good feed. Just a taste. I’ll know better this year though.

That’ll keep you busy, Dove. Who’s next on your knitting projects?
I'm knitting something for me this time @Pat :)

    This jacket http://sublimeyarns.com/books/the-first-sublime-elodie-design-book/

in this yarn (colour called Muse) https://www.laughinghens.com/knitting-wool/sublime-elodie  (click on the blue/grey  one to the right of the top row)  ... it's a pure Merino wool which knits up beautifully.   <3

Next year I'll give them a much taller support, @Pat E, they're a bit congested, to be honest. But we have cucamelons :). Thanks again.

Don't get me started on 'contracting out', @Hostafan1...

Bow's having a marvellous time, thanks @Liriodendron. And you're quite right, on both counts!

    That's lovely, Dove.

I'm currently knitting a teddy bear for our grandson - a copy of "Fatty", the bear knitted for OH in 1946 by a family friend.  Fatty already has a relation, knitted 40 years ago for my son (grandson's dad).   :)

I like the look of that pattern as well as the wool. They should knit up really well I think.

Some "experts" don't seem as though they are long out of nappies.

    Love the jacket pattern Dove.

It's a lot cooler and very windy again. Feels strange to be wearing a sweater instead of a thin top.
