    Hi all.

Rather angry today about my conversation with Police yesterday, so off to do some watering to calm me down.

Hi Hosta, l popped into Bowdens last Friday after attending a funeral nearby. I was hoping to select a couple of special agapanthus I'd seen on their website. Sadly l left empty handed. They only have a small selection of agapanthus and hostas for sale, and the varieties they have are the fairly common ones that l expect you already have. The girl on site was very apologetic and told me they only get sent a small selection every year for sale, and that l could order them online from their main nursery.
The gardens with the Hosta collection and small collection of agapanthus are worth a look if you're passing. The agapanthus might be in full  bloom this week.
I would definitely phone ahead and check if you are after a particular variety...l expect it will be unavailable though.

We all have days like that @LG, don't worry , you get it off your chest.
Thanks Hosta. Teenagers, world affairs, the meaning of life - usual stuff

However - @punkdoc - that is very exciting. Will you be looking after them yourself or are they on loan from a beekeeper?

I'm doodling about here while trying to work myself up to removing a dead and decaying rat (present from foxes) from my veg bed.

Chicky I know how are feeling, I can share your joy but sadly not for me today!

Joyce i know the heating is getting to our chums south of the border but we have had loads of softly falling rain. Just the kind we love. I could almost hear the garden gulping!

liro hang in there we all have these days

Punk I had a problem this mornin too, wondered where I was!  Thought my Far East days over!  Bee hive looks exciting. We have a wild nest in our compost bin

sorry everyone haven’t had time to read back, hope all well and have a good Friday.
