    It is 20 degrees cooler on the front doorstep but I shall have a grump anyway as I've just finished steam cleaning the dining room, kitchen and annex floors and am feeling hot and bothered.

    That is certainly a positive spin to put on a chappy who doesn't tidy up after himself!

    If it were down to me, there would be no Brexit (now that's something I could get really curmudgeonly about :#).
