    Sooooooooooo envious LG ... not a single drop drop of the promised precious stuff here .... the rain has disappeared off our forecast now until Sunday ...  :sweat:

    I've been down and cleared the little ditch which runs from the storm drain down to the lake. Ever the optimist.

    We had a good downpour here too. I was out running around catching as much as I could for the pond and came back in looking like, as my wife put it, "I'd come last place in a wet t-shirt competition". :|
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    I know how you feel, Dove. I have been obsessing all day. We have now had a second 5 minute downpour and the sky looks quite heavy. I know that's nowhere near enough but it feels great! I'll flap as hard as I can to push some clouds over your way...

    Wonky just phoned to see if we'd got any 'cos the radio says that East Anglia is covered with thundery showers ...  but she's not got any and we've not got any .........
