My 34" waist stayed in the factory that i left 15 years ago. Since i've been in a cosy office all i can find are 36" and 38" ones. Wonder why?

  • I'm a 38 / 40 :/ I blame it on all the traveling I use to do and time changes never eating regular meals and when I did eat it was usually in some fancy restaurant for business so good food and wine but good in a bad way.
But now with T2 diabetes and a misfiring pump I'm working on it slow but sure.

Good luck with that HH.  Losing enough weight can reverse your T2.   My waist is, happily, on the way down again but very slowly.   Another thing that gets harder once you're 27!

That's just plain irritating!   Mine is now back to the weight he was when we met - but not quite the same shape.

Things should speed up when they've got your medication sorted. :)

Ah bless you ((hugs))  .... me too ... I was diagnosed around 2002 ... I've lost a lot of weight since ... still overweight but a lot better than I was  :)  Good luck with that.
