And me!  First one I've had since I gave up smoking four years ago.
I'm sure those two facts are unrelated. Good for you on the 4 years. I gave up booze 2 1/2 years ago. Aren't we virtuous? o:)o:)

Have you stopped losing weight, Hostafan?

unfortunately, I've put a bit back on.
I lost 4 stone and I've put on about 20 lbs, but stable at that weight for over a year. I can live with it. I can still fit into my 15 year old 34" waist jeans. Previously my 38" waist jeans had become unwearable.
The hole I use on my belt is 6 1/4 inches nearer the middle than that which I used to use.

That’s good going Hosta, Roland wears 34” waist and he’s a skinny thing as you know!

Hubby is 32" inch waist ( he could easily wear 30" ) with 34" inside leg, so trousers are a nightmare for him.

What happened to my 30'' waist? Has anyone seen it?

Probably went the same way as mine. And, an "upper half" , shall we say, that headed in a Southerly direction many years ago.  B)

Mine used to be 26".   A late pregnancy put paid to that but getting below 30" again would be very good.

Not having any colds here thank you very much.  Quite enough to grump about without that too.

I don't have a pregnancy to blame it on.
