We have miles of Beaches in the NE which to us living here is quite Balmy in climate. Choose one and run free as a bird and in my case hope the saggy bits catch up.

Too many nettles and nowhere to put my tissues, secateurs, bits and bobs and, if it is warm enough to shed clothes, it's warm enough to burn bits I don't want being sensitive later on.

I just wouldn't be comfortable gardening naked, too cold, risk of sunburn, things that bite, prick or give you a rash like goosegrass. Clothing is for protection. But when it's hot here in Dordogne I don't do gardening, too uncomfortable, I swim naked in the pool.

Forgot about goosegrass.  Can't go near that without getting a rash.    Sunbathing weather here Hosta - out of the wind that is.

The breeze is chilly here today. I've been performing the annual chore of digging out grass from between the bricks in my path and still needed a jumper all day :( Not sure I'll be naked gardening tomorrow, although Sunday's looking more favourable ;)

Hosta, when it's 30° - 35° in summer in Dordogne there is definitely a risk of sunburn!

If you're fair skinned, 20C will do it unless you're up a bright, sunny, snowy mountain in which case negative temps can do it too.
