Well done on planting out Hosta, my dahlias are now about 2’ tall still in flower pots, covered in buds.
Hows your Crazy Love coming on, not as big as some but I think they will be next year. Ok for a pound though?

Crazy love are looking good, but not planted yet as I'm struggling to fit them in , colourwise.
I might plant them in "the allotment" for this year and use them as cut flowers.

Pale lilac colour, I can’t wait for them to flower. Will put them in pots for this year, easy to bring in for the winter, after that they stay out.
Ive got Black n Blue Salvia cuttings!

Dalias , have a Dalia bed at allotment , I just leave them in and mulch over winter , obviously if we ever get a real bad winter it could do them in , chance I take

I came home early from work today: but apparently Meggy refuses to acknowledge this and after a cursory glance went back to sleep!

Still tipping it down here, stream is a raging torrent, gone from about 3 inches to 2 feet deep, in the last few hours.
Been potting on Cleome and Nicotiana langsdorffii seedlings in the greenhouse, problem is, I have no idea where they are going to go.

Evening all - is it evening or late afternoon....?
Already wishing it was Friday - it's been a helluva week and we're only just past the half way mark. I won't bore you with the details, but why can't our boss understand she creates problems for us when she's there because she doesn't deal with the things she says she will - then we get left to sort out the inevitable sh*tstorm.... :#
Hot here again - about 22 at highest. We're supposed to get a few showers tonight...maybe. The remnants of the front from down south. Also supposed to be some rain on Friday - badly needing it.
Hosta and doc - I remember being sold an endowment when I bought my flat - crooks doesn't even begin to cover it. There was also an 'agreement' between estate agents [bigger crooks?] and lenders that they dealt with one side of a road or the other, so if you wanted to arrange a mortgage with anyone else - you were b***ered. Total shower of 8*$%£*&s.

Do you remember the song, I think it was from Not The 9 O'Clock News, "shoot an Estate Agent Today, make someone happy".
