Lots of storms all over the west of France Busy. Good to have your phone back. Possum goes back to Namur tomorrow and the forecast is wet so a good day for being sat in a train. Violent storms due again on Sunday.
Thanks Pdoc - I'll maybe save them till next year when my PT should be better organised for earlier sowings. I trust Dove got her undies home safely. LG - tackle it in chunks and you'll be fine. Good luck with it all.
Bed for me. Sweet dreams all.

Hi everyone. Very enjoyable read for the last few pages. 😄 just what I needed since today is miserable, cloudy, dampish but not rain, (rain - what’s that,). I washed one load of smalls and now have to hang them inside. Not my favourite thing.
Well, it’s the last day of May here. It’s hard to believe how fast the months are going.
Today has been very cold. I’ve made a huge pot of Pea and Ham Soup. It smells very comforting and the windows have all fogged up with the steam/heat from it.
Morning Pat, it's drizzle in the NW uk today but warm too, makes you feel very warm while working. Your pea and ham soup sounds yummy, you both enjoy now, off to work now so catch up with you later 🤗.
It is amazing how comforting a simple bowl of soup is when you're tired and cold.
I am going to get some more use out of my cold weather gear. We booked to go to Newfoundland in September. Just a week for a wedding in St Johns.
Then my ever so ginormous bill for two weeks in the Galapagos in February. My trip of a lifetime. The most expensive holiday we have ever had. I just hope it lives up to expectations, as some things I had the build up and then massive disappointment. The great pyramids for example. Not out in the desert as all the photos appear to show. The slums of Cairo come right up to them.
Well this isn't getting the beans planted. Now the rain has softened the clay, they can go in. I pulled out a load of weeds last night. That last load of FYM on the veg patch has certainly made it easier to work.
MORNING all. Noticed the warning signs of impending flare up after our stroll earlier. Apologies if I'm absent (or make little sense). Chronic fatigue issues are such fun as my main cure all (drink more- because all the peeing will at least distract you) is hindered by mugs being so heavy and tea doesn't taste right through a straw.
Still; I could nap in the greenhouse. toasty warm and brimmed with ripening strawberries: very few of which have made it back to the kitchen yet!
Clari, I didn’t realise you suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Sorry to hear that. What a nuisance. I’m beginning to think I’ve got out of kilter intestinal bugs. Thanks to Michael Mosely I’m how more aware of it. I can’t seem to get back to normal and the various medications my Dr has me on don’t make any difference. 😡
Very uncomfortable here today with overcast cold outlook.
Good morning all I hope everyone feeling under the weather has a better day today ((hugs)). A big pot of pea and ham soup sounds just the ticket for your weather Pat
