It's all looking gorgeous ... we have 'Pagoda' ... It's looking great so far ... for some reason the snails haven't found it yet this year.  :)

thanks Fire & dove. Yep Pagoda is lovely, it sucked me in with its showy flowers, spent far too much at the plant fair, I only wanted a couple of ferns!
Touchwood, snails and slugs never seem to do any damage here. It is teeming with them, but think they are more than happy in the long grass and overgrown areas as lupins, delphiniums etc have never suffered any damage from them - Even my 3 little brand new hostas are completely untouched as yet! Mind you it could just be that the rabbits eat everything before they get chance

If you ever feel the need for some Cyclamen hed. 'Alba' just shout and I'll lob some in your direction as I'm passing some time  :)

Thats very kind Dove. Ive never been known to turn down a free plant, but likewise happy to reciprocate in kind or with tea and biscuits!

Coffee all the way for me too, though I feel I should drink tea as a yorkshireman

Right @Jellyfire and @Hostafan1 .... two pots of Cyclamen hederifolium 'Alba' all potted up with names on.

Jellyfire ... we're actually down in your neck of the woods tomorrow as I'm visiting an old friend just moved back to Cratfield ... we could come home via A140 ... send me a PM if that would suit you ... not sure what time tho ... we're visiting him after lunch and not sure how much of the world we will be putting to rights ... haven't seen him for a few years ............ :)

They say that you should always build a bigger pond than you think you want, well I already did that, but there was quite a lot of liner left over. It’s been looking at me funnily for a couple of weeks, so I unrolled it to see exactly how much there was. Then temptation got the better of me...

I was originally going to knock up a bog garden with the leftovers. But it seemed such a shame to put holes in all that liner, so then I thought maybe I’d prefer a little river!

Excellent work, well done. It all looks great. I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops over the summer.
