Hosta ... hope you're feeling better soon ... open all those windows and let the wind blow through and get rid of those germs ... don't want any hanging around when we arrive, and it's not long now  :D

LG ... glad rehearsals went well  :)

Have we seen LilyPilly lately?  Hope her grandchild is ok ?

Are you mad?? Opening windows in March? I've got a cold, I don't want hypothermia.

    Hi all.
    Cold and wet.
Trying to summon up the enthusiasm, to wade through the snow and spend some time in the greenhouse.
Might just go back to bed and read.

There's sunshine outside and a load in the machine, but whether the two will get involved with each other, or whether the washing will be 'draped' by the radiator in the study remains to be seen.  I'm going to have a lazy day today as we're off into the city this afternoon for a light early supper at The Lamb then we'll wander up the hill to the Theatre Royal for Madama Butterfly luv

Morning all. Haven't ventured out yet still in dressing gown but I suspect it's not as warm as it looks. Visiting mum this morning and then it's off to Secondborn's this afternoon. Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. No sun here, cold and windy, 1°.

Wish I was having supper at the lamb and going to see Mme Butterfly. I hope you enjoy it Dove.

New dishwasher is coming this afternoon. Must clear up kitchen.

Garden tractor needs servicing. I've rung several times last week and this morning. They were always engaged and yesterday they were shut. At last someone answered, said he was just going to lunch and the others had gone to lunch, and I must ring again after 2pm.

Just back from the dentist who is busy replacing old metallic fillings form my 20s with new white non metallics.  All very well but much injecting in lower jaw today and several hours or more before it all wears off.   Avocado for lunch then.

It is bright and sunny out there but also very windy so it's crept up to just 7C.  I need a coffee before I do anything and then I need to clean the kitchen and dining room as OH forgot to turn off a stock pan on Sunday night before coming up to bed and it was all burned to a cinder and stank the place out.  Couldn't clean it yesterday cos I had patchwork.

I hope your day has gone well Liri and your MOT too Chicky.  Pdoc - definitely rest and reading.  An unheated greenhouse won't be much fun.  Can you get solar powered heaters for them now?  Save digging up the drive.  Hosta - hot bath for you and some thermal undies I reckon.

Busy - have fun learning to load the new machine.  Always a trial at first, I find.  Dove enjoy your dinner and show.  LG - hope you get some gardening done but do stay warm.

Hi to all I've missed.  Roll on spring but I do hope it doesn't all come in a whoosh like it did in Belgium.  I'd like to enjoy it and not feel it's all whizzing past and I can't keep up.
