  • Wow this place really buzzes when you get going.

Thanks for the welcome to any I missed earlier, I can see food has quite a big part to play all the cakes biscuits etc etc so bang goes the diet.

Christmas cactus got that, Air lock in the pipes I find syrup of figs works for that, the sun tan little to much detail for me image image

"A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in."
  • Hosta suffers in the winter ... he has to have lots of holidays in the sun to top up his Vit D and suntan otherwise he becomes right mardy ................ but I'm sure you'll get used to us HHog .......... I'm a great believer in having a bottle of syrup of figs to hand... just the threat of a dose cures most things I find image

Hi everyone. I’ll be AWOL all day. We’re taking a friend and his wife down to Bega to pick up their new car. This is the friend who got knocked off his motor bike by a kangaroo recently and is still suffering with his broken ribs image image.

i must say it’s nice being awake at this early time of the day. Cool, lovely early sunshine, not windy, etc. rather different to our 10 am retired waking time.image

    must go.

catch you all in several hours.

Ha ha,Dacha. It’s really why I tell you these things - because I know it’s a bit different. You could tell the same story with a deer perhaps.image

I dread to think what would have happened to Hosta's boiler if he'd poured syrup of figs into it image

Dove, Hosta has got a pink bit, his tongue image

Not snowing here in Dordogne, though it tried to earlier. Daughter near Poitiers said it's been snowing there. I watched the French News on TV, the north half of France is white, hundreds of people stuck in cars in the snow, poor things. I hope OH's daughter gets here safely the end of the week, from Eastbourne.

I hate going to the hairdressers too.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
