In other countries they use People Power to change things although that sometimes resorts in violence which is not our way.

If there are @ 65 Million people in the UK and say @ 25 Million shoppers WE CAN CHANGE ANYTHING in a few months

If we dont buy stuff they will stop making it !!!

I will admit to being in my late 30s and using the exact same shopping trolleys as my grandma. I have two, one with two wheels and a larger one we call “going full Doris”.  I don’t bother with any plastic bags just pack everyth straight into the trolly image

I did try that once with a load of loose apples, the checkout girl wasn’t best please.

I think we are a long way from supermarkets giving cloth bags instead of plastic ones, they do give paper ones for mushrooms but not for carrots and onions etc.

Well done and the second time is a lot easier to do

If you can ask just 5 of your friends to do the same things will change

You made me laugh "going full Doris" Learnincurve image.  No longer just for granny's, shopping trolleys are great and becoming increasingly popular with people of all ages.

Being able to walk to the shop for the "heavy stuff" is good health wise, and there's no need for masses of shopping bags. I keep a little fabric bag in the zip pocket of mine for bagging any small things together. Everything else gets stacked straight in the trolley, like a game of Tetris.

Me I would like there to be an INDEPENDENT inspection by police officials to see what products sold in gun stores (especially in the US) do not kill thousands of innocent victims. See https://www.statista.com/statistics/195325/murder-victims-in-the-us-by-weapon-used/
