Wow. Fabulous pics and what colour!

  • Wow Perki, those colours are amazing. I have so much I want to achieve with my garden but I have a few bits and pieces in bloom right now.

@Perki lots of bright colours in your garden! Your Helenium Moerheim Beauty looks great (alas too red for my 'pastel' colour scheme!). I like a lot the pic of "the border [you] have recently replanted." I'm a great fan of those typical English mixed borders (a concept which is not too well known in France and which I've tried to import in my small garden).

@pitter-patter those poppies look increbible! You seem to have quite a collection. ;)

My own contribution to this gallery today.

Physostegia virginiana ‘Bouquet rose’ aka the obedient plant (see demo here)

In the foreground Ligularia, then Echinacea, Phlox to the right, etc.

Plox in full bloom (and totem by my OH)

    Eucryphia 'Nymansay' in full bloom.

Oenothera lindheimeri 'Rosyjane' in the foreground and Eucryphia 'Nymansay' at the back.

Some very un-pastel pictures from my hot bed today.

How can you lie there and think of England
