    Love your Acer Shirasawanum Aureum Joyce!! Looks like a perfect specimen. Without a doubt one of the most elegant trees you can find.

    Here is a pic of my Echium Pininana which I am proud of as I got it through 2 winters (by fluke)

    @Joyce - I thought that was my Acer for a second! 



    When the Sun did pop out earlier, so did the bees -on a flowering Hebe (unknown variety).

    My garden and I live in South Wales.
