Thanks @Sheps, as does your garden, I fear you may want to tidy up if you came to mine!
A couple of weeks to go @Fire
http://www.opengardens.co.uk/open_gardens.php?id=1039 the late spring may well prove ideal as nothing much is flowering yet so all the usual early June blooms will hopefully be out then

Thank you very much, @AuntyRach...you are too kind.

Hi Runnybeak...that rose is going to be a real stunner when in full flower and filling that trellis and those Anemone are simply exquisite.

The Ceanothus is 'Skylark' and both plants have done really well as they were only about 80cm tall when I planted them and now they are over 6ft tall and about the same across.
Your ceanothus are beautiful, I can't believe they're only 2 years old!

Good morning @autumnglory thinking about it I planted some Jasmine in those pots to match the other side in June 2016, but they didn't thrive like the others did so after about 6 months I swapped them out for the Ceanothus, so probably they are only about 18 months old, but they like the location ( full sun for half the day, then shade for the other half ) and are doing OK.

Your garden is superb, Berghill.  I guess propective purchasers might be daunted at the prospect of "maintaining it in the manner to which it has become accustomed"... someone will love it, though.  Good luck!
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Lovely Mary, Montana takes some beating in my eyes.

Looking great Berghill, thought of leaving your garden in somebody elses hands fills me with dread! Got to just think of the potential new garden to play with I guess
