Re-sizing is very quick using Paint. How much have you re-sized them as they are taking a long time to load? Jules lovely oxalis was very quick.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I couldn't find a fence paint colour I liked, so.....!

A 'weed' is just a plant in the wrong place - subjective! ;)

Looks as though you favour blue.

Not as a fence colour.  I was after a nice shade of green but they only do fairly dark, dull hues of it.  The meadow themed fabric (covering part of the fence) has more lighter, brighter colours in it (other than blue) - hard to show up on my cheapo digi cam...even using photoscape!

I posted the photo mostly for the view from part of my patio...forgot to mention that (although I thought that also might be obvious).

Wow Perki, what a wonderfully packed greenhouse and garden.  Just lovely 😊
APSENSATION.    I have that rose too, bought under the name of Blue Eyes.  There’s nothing blue about it.   This is its third year and it’s grown a lot from a very spindly start.  I love it.   Reminds me of Eton Mess pudding or a raspberry ripple ice cream.  Many buds but not opening yet.

My H.F. Young Clematis this morning. Supposed to be a blue flower and doesn’t grow any bigger than this.

Thanks, I’ve become quite a rose fan. I’ve two other supposedly blue roses, blue moon and rhapsody in blue, neither of which are blue!

They are a very nice purple though 🌼.
Looking forward to all my roses blooming surrounded by the alliums and just ignoring that fact my mum thinks I’m old before my time because I’ve got a rose bed in the garden with a box hedge surrounding it!

What lovely, lovely pics, and so much inspiration! Interesting to see how we are all at different stages, too... my roses, clematis and peonies are in full bud, but no colour yet... Anyway, here's my Nora Barlow (not a Corry character, I find, but Charles Darwin's granddaughter, who died at 103!), and a pretty wisteria tree, underplanted with various alliums (not sure they add anything, though!), that I bought with garden tokens given to me after 10 years of voluntary work, so a sentimental statement piece!

Our Rhododendron this evening.  Over 40 years old - we love the vibrant colour - it stands out a mile! There are some beautiful plants photographed on this site all stunning in their own right.

Love Nora Barlow, tried to grow some from seed last year but they didn't take.  Here are a few taken today.

The front garden wall always looks good at this time of the year.

More orange and blue/purple this time in the back garden.
The irises are doing well this year.  Lots of buds.
First time I've managed to overwinter verbascums.

The clematis are covered in buds this year.  Nelly Moser has just started to flower.
Omoshima and Westerplatte in the same pot.  This year they are opening at the same time as planned.  Last year they didn't.
The lilac has been lovely and the smell is divine.
