Mmm - a well bought up little snail then - Eat Your Greens  :D  Can't remember if when I tried dandelion, I also put cuke in.  Plenty here so I'll try your method.
I found they did graze on carrot once ( lightly steamed to soften and then cooled ) but it never seemed overly popular. Tomato too but a lot went to waste.

Lifted up a tray and several snails hiding underneath.  This was a small selection,
    All different.

My little snail is growing so fast it looks like his shell is going to split,  hope not!
Just at the end of his biggest section.

Hope everyone’s snails are thriving,  mine have just laid another lot of eggs if anyone wants a few.

I think I can match those garden snails Lyn - the little yellows seem quite prevalent - not sure whether it is simply because I look at them more ?
I tried dandelion leaves yet again the other day - not a chance - "sorry, we'd rather starve ".  Not too keen on cuke at the moment either which is rather odd.  Good old radichio and bean leaves are all they are really interested in lately.  Perhaps they are waiting for the home grown cukes ??
Still no sign of egg laying here which I'm actually thankful for but your B's are certainly on a roll.  Hope they aren't teaching Little Brian bad habits  :D

My little GALS has been really enjoying dandelion but I only give him the really small new leaves. He also ate some very thinly sliced carrot, a spinach leaf and a bit of clover leaf. He's been monstering his way through the cuttlefish bone too so I guess he's having a growth spurt.

That’s good to hear @wild edges.  So you don’t want another to keep him company then😉
The reason I photographed those little garden snails was that they were all on the underside of the tray in that order,  all different.   Seemed strange to me.

Mine only seem to eat every other day,  then they’ll scoff loads, sometimes they’ll go 2 days without touching anything.

    They are prolific little breeders😀

We're happy with one for now thanks, Lyn. Your snail pic reminds me of one I took this week. I've been trying to work out the difference between white-lipped and brown-lipped snails and it's not as easy as lip colour sadly. Love the variation on these snails though.

I love snails! I love every creature actually 😁, I go out almost every night with a torch, pick the snails off my flowers, tell them off a bit, then move them to the bee border out the front or the gravel patch, which is also the bird feeding area - they clean the crumbs out the dishes for me. 👍

The massive slugs are all called Shirley, but I don't name snails.

It turns out my snail is very fond of fish food. He hoovered the flakes up as soon as I put them in tonight. He's also very fond of bok choy so I've found a good use for the damaged leaves out of my salad mix. He does have to fight my older boy for them though as he loves them too.
