Morning all. Sleep well Pat and Chicky. Well, if Chicky can - for excitement and change of time!
I had a terrible night, wind and rain beating on the Velux and a blocked up nose. Now I have a cold. DIL had a bad night too, she's gone back to bed. Baby woke several times. 2 Little GDs are being very noisy this morning, one happy, one grumpy. Hope the wind goes by tomorrow when I drive home.

Been reading the posts to punk on the previous page, good advice. I know if it were my OH I would be stressed and if work has been stressful too then punk's OH may feel she can't offload onto him because he's unwell.
I remember Fairy telling us about the young lad too, so sad.

LP - I just read back and saw your post. How lucky your friend is to have you, and how sad that her life reached that point. I take it she's ok? Or as ok as you can be after that experience.

Morning all The alarm company rang again at 6!!! I was not best pleased. We did nothing. The calls are meant to go to the boss's number ... Only here if she's on holiday but it's not the first time this had happened. I've just rung her to let her know we went out and checked at 4am ... her phone was switched off I left a terse message
