Lovely, Chicky, with the autumn colours just starting. Look forward to the others.

Where is everyone tonight? I've been watching a programme about a year in the life of a garden.

Dove, tell us what your exercises are and we could do them with you! Probably be good for us. I hope they improve your knees.

Don't you just love trees next to water?   Fabulous.

Can't bear the other 2 presenters of Spring/Autumn Watch so don't watch except in odd snippets.  On the up side, it seems my mobile phone can get Radio 4 live.   Has to be a good thing but it'll take a while to get back in the habit after over a year without it.  Still have to see if I can download stuff to it.

Off to bed now.  G'night all.

Today has been strange weather wise. It has that oppressive feeling you get when rain is coming, but nothing yet. I suspect we’re in for a thunder storm rather than rain.

  • Morning,

Sorry to hear about your knee Dove, sounds a real nuisance. image

Chllly here. I managed to watch about 5 minutes of Autumn Watch (inbetween serving starters and main courses) the foxes, very sweet.

Other than that it was just work, work ,work last night and still loading the dishwasher this morning. Actually ran out of cake yesterday, I was down to one piece of Gluten Free Orange & Polenta cake and then even that went. Luckily freezer well stocked so just have to get the icing bag out.

My poor friends were somewhat abandoned as customers just kept coming in, hopefully today will be a bit calmer, I havent got any evening meals booked tonight and might well just shut the door at 6pm and hide.image

Good luck with the horse BL, don't stand too close. image

Must go, so much to do and so little time. Good day to all. image

    Good morning

Dove I am so sorry about your poor knee. Our dil is a Physio, they don't take prisoners! I have not had any bendy bits for years now! Without pilates don't think I could sit!!!

DD it sounds as if things are going really well, are you going to stay open right through? Charlie sounds happy too

Lg the L. I hope your daughter has found her mojo

Busy is this the new pony? Good luck with the loading, we had a broom! I recorded the walled garden programme  was it good?

    morning Pat and Chicky

Obelixx what memories you stir up, my little un is 41 now and denies all knowledge of teen years being testing for me.  The beauty is she has her own daughter now and I will watch with interest!!!

Joyce hope all s well with you, interesting about Culzean. Would be a sensible thing to do.

Punk hope you getting somewhere and feel a bit better today

as I am still quite sore I phoned the surgeons nurse yesterday who said, oh yes it can take a week to three  why dont they ever tell you that?

looking forward to the arrival of my son and his wee family, oh been taught coping strategies!

    Morning all.

Dove, I'm interested in finding out about your exercises as I have a "clicky" knee.

LP, I gave up on the walled garden programme half way through. I was bored stiff.
