  • Great pic Cloggie! Your pond looks lovely...all neat and tidy!

Yeah, bit too neat n tidy right now, need a bit of wildy settling in to happen but pleased with it so far.  There is wildlife in the water but you need a spyglass to see it! image

  • Be careful what you wish for Clogs. Did you see the picture of my niece in the middle of mine?!?!?! image Once they settle and get balanced and all comfortable with themselves they get carried away. I've just had to let mine get on with it. It's hoochin' with any kind of pond life you care to mention. Sometimes I can be found sitting on a big stone just watching. I've come close to face-planting more times than I'd like cos my leggies go to sleep. image Might get garden guy to build me a little peg to sit on image. (He's an angler and knows about stuff...that's handy image).

I did see your niece in yours which is fairly large if I remember rightly.  We've been lying on the grass gazing in amazed at the little wiggly things which when we Googled turned out to be mosquito larvae (shh!).  Oh well, they will be food for someone!  image

It looks great Cloggie, and you'll have great fun adding to it all as time goes on. Lovely dragonfly pic  image

Don't want to worry you about Pamapas grass, but back in the seventies, there was always a rumour about people who had them in their front gardens...image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Exactly like that FG. Cept I'm a girl.

I too have pampas grass at the front but thankfully nobody here knows the code so they just swing on by!! image
