You can't eat it Dacha, it's gone bad. But it looks as though it's turning into Camembert!

    Looks lovely Yvie.

Going to watch "Victoria" in bed.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Dacha, I'm touched, and flattered by your offer to roll in the snow, erm, I think.

If I never experienced snow ever again, or even frost for that matter: I'd be more than happy.

Have I ever said I HATE BEING COLD?

Give me Yvie's location. 36C and palm trees. That's more like it.

    Devon.

Unfortunately Hosta, Turkey is not a good place to be for every day life at the mo.........   Possum tells me we're expecting 23C and no rain for the next 3 days of chateau hunting.   Sounds comfy to me.

Liri, that looks dreadful, but also similar to things OH eats.   Last time he was eating the tail end of a very ripe Chaource I had to move away - and we were outside on the terrace!

He came 3rd in his sponsored golf competition today.  Bottle of Mercedes after shave.  Who knew?  Missed out on the draw prize - cruise for 2 to the Caribbean.  I could have coped with that.

Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Liri - did you not just scrape that mouldy bit off...it would have been fine... image image

Glad your day went well. I've just done some pix on the other thread. It takes ages to resize stuff because the pooter won't do all of them at the same time - goes into meltdown mode and turns off when I select 'all', and right click. Didn't do that before, but as soon as it updated, it all went Pete Tong.... image

My heating came on yesterday too - but in the morning before I left, which is fair enough as it was early. It was about 6 degrees or summat, and had dropped below 16 inside.

Obelixx - that's not good enough - only third? Tell him he needs to try harder next time...image

Now I have a vision of Dacha I really want to get rid of....image Get some clothes on man! image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Just looked at your photos, Fairy - just gorgeous!  image

I've never really entered into the sauna experience fully, in our trips to Finland.  I've tried it but honestly can't see the appeal...  as for taking my clothes off in front of strangers, I think I'm too British, and too... 27... for that.  image

Liri, a few glasses of the local tipple may lessen the inhibitions image
