Morning all - or anyone who's there , and afties Pat. You sound like you're getting back to normal now. I think your hubby's incredible with the fire fighting he does
Long day for me yesterday, 9.5 hours on the hill, so I just had a shower and a cuppa and then fell asleep on the settee
Hope chicky's walk went well for her too. I kept thinking about her at various stages. Hope her feet weren't too sore! Weather was good once the fog and low cloud lifted, and the summits were all clear - including Nevis eventually. Forecast was pretty spot on. Cold wind though, but no rain so perfect for hills. We had a very pink sky this morning, and it's to be wet so it'll be indoor chores for me today.
Glad your day went so well BL. I'd rather spend 9 hours on a hill (or two) than do what you do - far easier!
Good luck today Liri - I'm sure it'll go well. Great to have some more volunteers for your project too.
More tea needed now while I have another look round to see what's been happening.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Glad you liked the Pat - I haven't done any photos on here for a while, but I'll try and do a few on the camera thread at some point. My view at 1pm wasn't too bad though.
Perhaps I'll do them today if the weather doesn't allow me outdoors. It beats hoovering
Glad you at least got some rest Hosta. Don't work too hard today though
I've been awake since half five. I don't tend to sleep well after a walk, or the night before, although you'd think I'd be knackered. Doesn't seem to work that way. Too much adrenaline if it's been a good day. I'll sleep better tonight.

That was on our news Dacha. I imagine the passengers were rather nervous

Hello Fairy. Good that you had a good day yesterday. I enjoyed your latest puzzles, by the way. Gorgeous scenery.
my best wishes for Chicky too. I knew I'd miss some of you.
Morning all.
I have to confess at being in bed for 10 hours last night: most of it asleep. I couldn't keep my eyes open after 9pm.
It's chucking it down and blowing a gale out there, so I'd not mind if I'm in store all day.
I was about to ask how you went last night Hosta, so that's good. Resting is as good as sleeping I think, well a bit less but not bad.
