Guarantee for 100% Customer Satisfaction
We promise to supply products in prime condition. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted upon receipt of your order, please advise us by email or in writing within 7 days and we will offer a replacement (subject to availability), or credit, or refund the purchase price.
Please note that any manufactured goods (e.g. gardening sundries) must be returned if you require a refund. It would be helpful if photographic evidence is provided when requesting a refund or replacement.
Please advise us promptly as this allows a replacement to be sent (subject to availability) and to ensure you still have time to achieve total satisfaction from your purchases.
If your plants show no signs of healthy growth after potting or planting, providing you followed exactly the instructions supplied, we will replace, credit or refund the purchase price if you notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If any item supplied in a dormant state (e.g. bulbs, bare root perennials) fails to flourish the next season, let us know and we will endeavour to replace the product at the appropriate time or credit or refund the purchase price. Any plant or bulb that fails to grow true to type will be replaced, credited or refunded.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to grow due to extreme weather conditions, over or under-watering, or which have not been cared for according to the easy-to-follow instructions supplied.
These are in their terms and conditions, hope this helps.
Resurrecting an old thread. I have the same issue. Large, 5+ year old trechelospermum in a pot barely has a scent. The issue here is whether certain contitions could enhance or diminish the flowers' scent, and if yes, then what might these be. Not sure this could be some kind of genetic defect that makes certain plants scentless.
Mine aren't in flower yet, but when they are, the scent can vary from overpowering on a warm still evening, to barely noticeable on a cool evening. From what i remember, they are pollinated by moths, so the scent is strongest in the evening when the moths are about. Mine is on an east-facing fence, so only gets sun in the morning. I had 2 on an arch, but storm Fiion brought that down, so they're now gone

Cheers!
Thank you !! That is so helpful Jimmy. Sorry for late reply I haven't had time to come on over wkend. Back to normal routine tommow!
At least I've got few days left. I've repotted it and still no scent so that info is brilliant!
I think you're being a mite impatient ... To repot it and expect an almost immediate change is unreasonable.
I don't want to seem rude but plants just don't work like that.
