What a lovely day!

No real reason for this thread, just a celebration of my favourite time of year to laze about in the garden appreciating the flora and fauna. So much anticipation, so much promise. Roll on summer!

How lovely! That Gunnera reminded me of the lovely time I had with my 5 year old niece and her friend at Lea Rhododrendron Gardens last week. We were tapping the alien-looking Gunnera flower spikes to release the clouds of pollen, like powder paint. Newts and frogs in the nearby pond also caused much excitement :)

I was at work work work today but it looked nice out the window. Looking forward to grubbing about in the garden tomorrow.
