If you're having problems uploading a photo, start with the camera icon ... if it still won't upload try reducing the size of the photo - it usually works ...

Thank you I've reverted back to my old phone and tried it on my laptop,still no luck.

Probably a little too small in your profile picture, but you can upload photos using the camera icon on the right. Here's the picture anyway...
