A lovely sunny morning for a pleasant change so after a lot of pruning I took the camera for a walk.

The white clematis with blue stamens is stunning, Joyce.  image

Liri - it's an anemone bought at a GC outside Stranraer.  It's a small delicate plant whose name I have forgotten.

No wonder I didn't recognise it as a clematis...  image

Raining still in Bristol but lightly so son no2 is out in the garden, pruning by the looks of things.  Hope for some dry weather next week so i can get some of it cut up and put in the green wheeliebin.

Our third dry, sunny day in a row. We deserve it!

Marion, good to have some help from your son.

Thanks, Joyce.  I'll look it up and see if I could grow it...  image
