Fast high growing shrub/tree

Hi All, Dealing with trees being cut down and eyesores now revealed. Whats the simplest fastest growing shrub tree I can put down in south facing fence. I want height and privacy. Not Buddleia and I know about laurel. Ideally not too wide but I know thats asking for too much. Would like to to be 15- 20 ft height at least.…
