    Your pictures are beautiful Hosta. My Rhodadendrons are still tightly budded so a lovely reminder of what is round the corner. Hope you both enjoyed.

    It was soooooooooooooooooo quiet . Just lovely. 

    I even treated Hubby to a pint on the way home. Only 1.

    Pint of cider, pint of diet coke, bag of peanuts £9 !!!!!!!

    I know it's not on the same scale as Wisley, but I find it more intimate, and not full of yummy mummies/grannies with uncontrolled brats.

    Never been to Rosemoor and doubt I ever will so it's great to see photos when others visit.

    I'd like to see Harlow Carr again.  I went just the once in 2007 after Tatton flower show and it was when Mathew Wilson was curator and had done those stunning perennial borders.  They'd juust started renovating the stream beds to clear marestail.  I expect a lot has changed since then.

    These days I rarely get beyond the plant shop and a coffee at Wisley as I'm either on my way to or from a ferry or else have OH and the dogs in tow.
