    I've heard it called " sweetheart plant" in Hants / Surrey because once attached , it sticks with you .

    My Mum was too polite to call it Willy. She called it Sticky Willow image

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    I'd always thought it was the boys' name Willy, not , erm. the other sort.

    In a way, I look forward to finding one of those now! 

    Glad to hear that you don't all have forensically weed-free gardens. 

    As you say, Ladybird, the little celandine have their day and then disappear - so no need to clear those - I'll treat those as wild flowers and concentrate on the real thugs and uglies.

    I would truly hate my garden if it were weed free. I grow for my creatures, not the neighbourhood.
