Bizzare Strange Email

I have had the strangest email from: notifications<at>GW.com A forwarded message from: postmaster<at>immediate.com with a strange attachment named RE: Garde.eml Convinced this is a scam of some sorts. If you have one of these, DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT just in case. Can GW help with this?
