    Thanks GD2 I'm going to keep a close eye on all alliums next year for slugs, I must have just been lucky with the purple ones so far.

    Mark56 can I ask what the plant is is picture 2 with the picture pink flowers, it's very nice.

    Some amazing photos the last few pages, the Iris are really great, waiting for my pond one's to open, they don't last long but they are great when they're around.

    Hi Chris. It's Weigela 'Bristol Ruby', it's been here 20+ years before we moved in. The bumblebees love the bell-like flowers. image

    Victoria, your giant alliums are superb.  I love lupins but they don't seem to like me so I stopped trying to grow them
