    Always better when it costs next to nothing chris.  Mine's relatively cheap too - mainly the petrol to get there  image

    I want to join a gym to build muscle, but I've been before and know how hard it is to do it alone. 

    I'd rather find a sport but that would more focus on fitness 

    Could just weight lift with heavy compost bags I guess aha

    I found the gym boring. I'm too socially minded and would damn near pass out on the rowing machine trying to say hello to everyone that walked past.

    I do worry at our local running waddlers. Poor quality shoes, out of breath, and being lapped repeatedly by the dog and I. Bad shoes make exercise no fun. I don't have the confidence to stop them to let them know much more fun running, even the awful one legged effort I make, can be with good shoes.
