Aym, that's good I'm glad you enjoyed Call the midwife. Didn't watch apple tree yard.

Apple Tree Yard got much better, no more sex scenes! Quite tense and changed to court scenes. Her relationship with her husband got better too.

I like The Halcyon about a hotel in World War 2.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Logan: I know! I felt very ill watching Apple Tree Yard! I know I was silly! How can they do it in such public places! Might get Hosta a response soon ... Ob.... ! Hehe!

Yes l know, I think people get a buzz doing it in public places.

Watched the National Trust programme , supposedly, about Knole.

Hated it. Too many repeat shots  and " win a stay at......." and where did the Jurassic coast item fit in? As interesting as it is, I thought it was going to be about Knole. All over the place and too many presenters. Not for me.

Catching up on First Dates Hotel. Loving  it.

    Devon.
  • Was that the Alan T one?  Didn't watch it - I find him increasingly irritating image

I thought AT was brilliant when doing his How to be a Gardener series and excellent at presenting Chelsea but I have to admit I don't like his more recent stuff.   The Beeb should never have let him go.  ITV either requires or maybe just indulges emotional manipulation.

Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

I liked GW better when Alan T did it. I like him. Of course Geoff Hamilton was the best though.

Enjoyed Big Dreams Small Spaces tonight. The 2 couples worked very hard to make 2 lovely gardens.

I'm in my early twenties and have only watched GW with Monty on. I've got to say though, I do love Monty; probably one of my favourite TV personalities.
