This year it has been chocolates! There was a year once when I got no chocolate at all so ever since then I have bought myself a box just in case. This year I am inundated with chocolates - and you have to eat them don't you? Tis only being polite! So as from tomorrow, no more chocolate. Maybe!

Aym, I wouldn't brush my teeth so often, you can damage them with too much brushing. I have a mouth wash which protects my teeth from acid. It's aqua fresh. If you're going to brush wait half an hour that will give the teeth time to recover. I use those tee pee brushes to go in between because I have a lot of space in between. Also use an electric toothbrush they are a lot better than manual.image

I don't eat a lot of sugary foods and drinks, except for xmas. I have my tea and coffee without sugar. I do eat a lot of fruit.image

Aym, I Did have a bit of itching last night, but it wasn't on my legs it was on my left arm and hands. I had about 8 chocolates of the same in the afternoon but spaced out over the afternoon, but after I had dinner about 3.30pm. At about 6.00pm it started, of course I scratched it and made it worse. So hubby's thrown that variety away and see what happens with the others today. Thanks for asking.image

You shouldn't brush too hard, especially if you have sensetive teeth.

Have you had those spots checked out?

Aym, I buy Sojade unsweetened soya milk (I get it from Abel&Cole with my veggie box), I find it a really nice milk substitute and even friends who would normally put real milk in their tea find it OK when they're visiting me. (And I don't think they're just being polite...)

DR, I have the same problem with cereals, I now get Oat Crisp by Quaker Oats, which has very little sugar.

Aym, you have my admiration for making your own almond milk! I like porridge oats; I add fruit and nuts and it makes a really nice breakfast. I really like that these days you can buy porridge at cafes in the mornings.

Aym -  do not  quarter your Amaryllis bulb.  The bigger the bulb, the more expensive eg.£7 or £8 pounds and you only paid£1. Over time you will get offsets.

The large bulbs will produce more than one flower stem.

Absolutely agree with Joyce - you cannot quarter an amaryllis bulb - it will kill it image Galanthus will increase without the offsets being removed and potted separately and will look much prettier left to grow into natural clumps
