Plume Albizia (Paraserianthes lophantha) suggested by Tetley and Albizia amara which I suggested look very similar. It would be interesting if the OP said where he got his plant from, where he lives, etc.
Definitely not a competition, Tetley. This discussion made me aware of the vast variety of "plume" or "silk" trees that exist elsewhere in the world. You are certainly right about the identification of the OP's plant, as the flowers look longer than those of the Albizia amara.
