Plant ID
in Plants
Can anyone help me to identify the following plants please? The first yellow flowered plant was seen growing on the common, the second is a tall grass and is growing by the side of our pond, the third is a sweet pea that was growing in a field hedge but what type of s.p. is it? The last picture was a plant growing in a walled hedge. Thank you.

if the grass is a garden plant it might be one of the Calamagrostis x acutiflora cultivars. It's got the f;lower shape and the uprightness.

I wondered if No4 was a scaevola of some sort. They were popular hanging basket plants a few years ago
I think Mobow is right, Scaevola aemula

I have just googled the name Scaevola aemula nutcutlet and Mowbow and the picture seems to fit in with the description. It was definitely a pink colour whereas some on the site looked more mauve but the leaves fitted the picture too - thanks for you all for giving me some names.
scaevola comes in more than one shade
