Not quite as skilled as lots of your beautiful works of art, but am thrilled to have learnt how to make cards/tags etc from my plants! Gelli-printing with acrylics...
Thanks, @Valley Gardener It's soooo easy! Roll dark colour over gelli plate, then place various leaves etc on plate. Cover with paper, roll over paper, this will take off excess dark colour. Take off paper, then carefully take off leaves. Wait till leaf prints dry, then roll over different colour on to gelli plate. Pop card etc on top, then roll over the whole lot. Carefully take off card to reveal print of leaf on background of second colour. It's quite addictive, experimenting with different colours/leaves etc... Google Birgit Koopsen and gelli plate printing leaves, she shows loads of methods...
Hi lovely crafters. I haven't posted on the thread in probably over a year. But I am back to crafting and feeling a bit more like myself. Your works are very inspiring.
I have been digging around in my books looking for pressed flowers. Here are some roses fro the summer garden and ginko leaves, touched with gold ink or nuvo glacier gold paste (great stuff).

I made Christmas tree chocolate covers a couple of years ago. And used them on the table.
