This is a synoposis of some of the dyeing experiments with plant pigments from last year.  The medium is an old, unmordanted, white cotton bedsheet. The nettle and camomile dry, the rest were fresh. I also used fresh pink stocks, hibiscus, black fungus, red roses and red dahlias with success. I tried loads of other plants with mixed or meh results. These are small scale, one small pot, first attempts.

Interesting Fire. It’ll be worth keeping those as a record.
