Welcome sarspud. Naturalistic sloth in first picture. The vegetation growing through the wooden structures would indicate long-standing (sitting) sloth. Well done.
Second pic sarspud .. is that not one, but two rubbish bins with not enough content to weigh them in place, hence the brick on the lid to stop the flimsy, crappy plastic bin blowing away?
Thanks all, as soon as I spotted this thread it made me feel right at home!
The wall with the soil is meant to be where the cold frames live (imaginagion required for the next 2 years...).
The stones in pots... Well they've been there so long they're a feature!
I hadn't even noticed the can! Its part of the war on slugs, that I am losing, apparently a tidy garden helps
The bins were there when we moved in 2 years ago, they're full of builders sand, the previous owner kindly left a label inside. (He was definitely not a sloth!) But yes, the lids are so flimsy they blow away!
The chicken runs used to be 'overgrown' a few meters to the left, so I 'tidied' by cutting them loose and clearing them away. Moving them a few meters to the right and letting them form part of the scenery there instead was obviously the way to go!
There's another area where we have 'misplaced' a pile of paving slabs under the vegetation, let's just pretend that hasn't happened though shall we?

If so, I'm in awe.
I have one too.

Indisputably impressive indolence
COME ON LURKERS. DON'T BE SHY.
YOU CAN SAY YOU SAW IT IN YOUR NEIGHBOUR'S GARDEN.
WE PROMISE NOT TO SEND THE BOYS ROUND TO CHECK
IT'S TOO WET TO DO ANY GARDENING ANYWAY
Lurkers? No lurkers here B3. How very dare you?
But is that not the essence of lurking: trilby down, collar up, Gitane's smoke caressing the corner of the dark alley? Cue accordion...
I know without a doubt they're out there B3.
We're spoken about in hushed tones on other threads.
If you comment, I'm not sure you count as a lurker
But they are...they talk about it in a knowing way.....never having posted!
