    Lots of subliminal forward planning and nothing doing. You know...I'll buy that now and then I'll have it when the garden's sorted. Canes, pots, trellis...Nice touch.

    I did try to hide it from view by tower of sweet peas  but they couldnt cope and all dried up. Only a hebe could manage there.

    Yes lots if forward planning. Will use the canes to stake when i have something that tall.

    Pp it's coreopsis moonbeam. I keep them in containers as the slugs eat new shoots to ground level. If you can get it past that stage, it comes up every year and seems to cope with the nibblers.
