    Yes, Langley is local to me

    And absolutely a sea of bluebells,

    With anemone, oxalis, euphorbia, celandine, primroses, ferns, honeysuckle, violas as backup players.

    Thanks aym for the compliment on photos but just pointed kindle and crossed fingers. Lovely pics aym, I've got the same white cistus as you, just starting to flower now. I have to take the hedge cutter to it straight after it finishes flowering else it gets too wide . Luckily it always recovers even if l cut into old wood. Really like your lilac cistus, but alas no more space . All my peonies are only just getting their plump round buds including my new Bowl of Beauty can't wait to meet its flowers for the first time.
