    My pictures are all standard, my camera has an OK macro mode for close up, you can defocus the foreground or background. 

    The images are too big for the forum limit though

    So I have to chop and compress them and a bit of fine detail is lost.

    I don't manipulate the pics- I'm not competent enough for that !

    It's an Erysimum Aym. I thought it was Bowles's Mauve but the young flowers at the tops start off yellow so might be a different variety.  The forget-me-nots are a useful ground cover for me and so easy to pull up when finished or when they appear somewhere they aren't wanted. image
