My thoughts will be with you tomorrow Dove. I hope it all goes smoothly and then that you can get back to your new situation without worrying about Ma.
Sunny here today. More tidying up outside and in GH.
After a few carefully chosen words with the receptionist who was trying to refuse me a medication review with the doctor (catch 22: I can't have a medication review because he hasn't filled in a slip, but in order to do this he first needs to see me, but she refuses to book an appointment for this to happen because it's for a medication review and there's no slip...) I have been told that I MIGHT get a phone call from the doctor SOMETIME today.
I am so glad that the anti depressant in question is being used to treat symptoms relating to my stomach condition and not anything more serious because if I was struggling mentally that receptionist could be a major tripping point to ones recovery / treatment.
With all the troubles we face it is so easy to get caught up in them and not realise that others are struggling even more.
Hmm.. that's all a bit deep and meaningful for only one cup of tea. Best get the kettle on!

Hope all goes well tomorrow Dove and Ma gets a beautiful send-off ((hugs))
I shall be mostly stuck inside painting the lounge today. Oh, and we have a furniture delivery later (hopefully) so looking forward to that.

Morning all.
Words of wisdom from my friend Karen....
If everyone threw their troubles into the middle, you'd fight to get your own back! Many times over the years these words have come back to me.
Strength to all who need it.
