Hello GWRS - I didn't know you live in Lincoln - do you ever go to that Pie place by that steep hill - I hit my head on the beam when I went down the stairs - can't remember much about the pie - must go back again some time imageimage

We're in Norfolk and I don't plant anything out until the first week in June - this year we're going to Cornwall for that week so they may go out a week late ................ or shall I risk planting out a week early?????????????

Forecast to be a belter here today between Grantham and Newark....but the weekend is predicted to be right chilly.

Looks like, by the law of averages, it's going to be the end of May before anything goes out without protection then.

It's very cold here. I'm not planting anything until I get back from holiday the 2nd week of May. We've had a lot of hard frosts lately.

That's the one - OH took me - he did his Foundation at Lincoln Art School.  I nearly knocked myself out on that beam above the stairs - we'll have to go back and this time I'll be more careful image

Lovely sunny, warm day here (inland Suffolk) yesterday and today but last night it was down to 0.4C in the potting shed. If it's too cold for some plants inside the shed it's definitely too cold outside.

Late May / early June depending on holidays & general conditions for me too.
