Sorry to hear your news. Thinking of you Lyn x

  • Lyn, I've read your recent posts regarding your Pa's final weeks & days with much admiration and sadness....I'm sure not many of us could have faced that situation with such strength and fortitude.

    Take care.

Thank you everyone, what lovely people you all are.

After clearing up and seeing to everything, we decided to go for a walk on the Moors, there's an ice cream van we can see glinting from our window, so drove up there, had an ice cream with a flake, then walked up to the top of one of the small tors. Came back through Tavistock and bought fish and chips, the house seems very quite now.

Will be extremely quiet when OH goes to work on Monday. Completely isolated here, no neighbours for miles. I have lots of gardening to catch up on so will keep busy. Thank you all.

Will put a couple of pictures on later.

    Top of the world Ma!

if you are looking at these on a larger  screen, lap top or PC, you may just see a tiny church on a very pointed hill, in the above, we live near there.
