The address I sent you is an email address rather than a website address - what you'll need to do is log in to your email account (e.g. Hotmail, Gmail, Outlook), and then send us an email, inputting the address [email protected] as the recipient.
To change the password yourself, here's what you need to do:
1. Log out of your account 2. Click 'Sign in', but instead of logging in, click 'Forgotten your password' 3. On the next page, enter your registered email address, and then enter the code to show you are not a robot 4. You will then have to leave gardenersworld.com to log in to your email account, and follow the password reset instructions that were sent to you. These instructions will take you back to gardenersworld.com where you can reset your password.
