logging on

hi  to the team I have tried for a few days to log on I have changed password 2 times asked for a new pass word  still not let me in I have had to log in with my wifes new password        PLEASE HOW CAN I GET BACVK TO MY OWN PASSWORD    SORRY FOR CAPS  but at this rate I might as well pack gardeners world in   thanks   Michael

    hi dove I have looked at the different sites and can not for the life find any how do you get the moderator or team  I tried the lot on the sites when I logged on with the wifes new password   my own site came up with my name and my mpc after name  I was more than a mad    thanks  iwill let you know if I do get  a reply     michael

    Hi Michael - right at the bottom of the page there's a tab which says Contact us.  If you click on that you'll get the email addresses of the Web team (and the other teams that are part of Gardener's World at Immediate Media).

    hi noraGW yes it is about getting messed about when I want to log on I have had to relog on 3times and change passwords   asked for a new p /word  after all this I used my wifes name as a p/ w  and it came up  my very first password that I had  when I first joined    (  I tried to log on to where it says contact us it says my computer is not scync in ???   all I want is to delite all my passwords on my address and I will rejoin  again    thanks   noraGW          MICHAEL

    hi dove from above some one called noraGW  sent me a message  I tried that 2days ago and it says my computer is not scync in    will wait and  se what comes of it thanks  for concern  ( when you are in early 70s you don't like  to be messed  about   thanks  again doveFa  Michael

    hi noraGW I have just re read what you asked me it is not secret garden it is just logging on as I said I put my wife on as new member with her name not mine the wife was accecpted as a new member with her name up pops my profile and name and all I first put in ?????

    Ok Michael no problem. Can you send an email to [email protected] with details of what you wish your password to be changed to, and we can fix that for you.

    hi again nora when I go and put in the website  it comes up not scynced in that is  all I want is what I said last time all I want is to take all passwords the 3 times I have had to mess about with it every thing off and I can rejoin in my original password   thanks again  nora
