Most GCs and similar get rid of this year's seeds in the autumn.  If you can make it at the right moment you might persuade them to throw thm out in your dires=ction for nothing.  We got a whole load like this from Dobbie's a few years back.  (It was for a charity though, but I reckon they'd've done it for an individual too).

Speaking of bargains, I don't like Tesco (too big, treat farmers poorly etc.) but there's a Metro round the corner and I tend to go there betweem 3.30 and 4 in the afternoon when they do their reductions.  Loaves of bread for 20p etc.  I reckon they're not making any money out of me then.

And I got a loaf of yummy bread free in Sainsbury's yesterday cos the till couldn't read its reduced label!

Steve, you do know that Tesco owns Dobbies now.

Hi Hostafan, quick question if I may?

I've potted them up in mpc, given them a good drink and popped them on a shelf in my plastic grow house for now. Is that ok?

Went into Tesco today and bought a 'climber' for 75p, only to get it home and look it up - it's a Virginia creeper!

I normally check in-store, but was en-route to an appointment.
